Apple Macintosh has recently released a new operating system (OS) Mac OS 10.8 code name Mountain Lion. As with the previous releases we have created drivers that will work with this new OS. The drivers have not all been released yet but many have. The drivers can be found on the for your machine. There is also a that will let you know if your machine has or will have an updated driver. There is a compatibility matrix for Mac OS 10.7 Lion and for Windows 7.0 as well. We strive to stay up to date with all the new releases and to make sure that your machine continues to operate seamlessly as things around it like operating systems or software programs continue to change.

Post navigation. Connect-USA LLC October 16, 2012 - I have a Phaser 6280 and a 8570. Neither seems to work with your drivers for Mountain Lion IOS. There is no driver yet for the 6280 (this is poor service) and the driver download for the 8570 hangs up during installation and does not find the printer. Our firm has had several Xerox printers over the years and nothing but problems with Xerox support.

For the ColorQube 8570 please make sure that you have uninstalled the old Xerox driver before loading the new one and see if that will make a difference. You can find the instructions for uninstalling the driver on the. Just search on “Mac uninstall” to find the solution. Have you contacted via phone? If not please consider giving them a call. You can also ask your questions at our and see if someone might have seen and fixed the issue you are seeing.

The Phaser 6128 MFP is a feature rich multifunction device and I hope that you choose to keep the machine. What I would suggest is for you to use the Print driver package for OS X 10.7 and manually installing it using the plus sign and add IP printer. You may loss a little functionality but you will be able to print until the new driver is released.
