Trying to set up the printer on new macbook supporting 10.12.1 sierra (no issues ever recorded on previous one 10.9). The printer simply is not 'perceived' by mac as available wirelessly. Tried both with mac printer setup inbuilt software and with HP easy start downloaded software. The printer wireless blue led is lit but blinking; white led is on. Following forum advice, I tried to switch off mac, printer, router with no success.
[Btw, I also tried to setup through usb cable - printer is recognised but could not complete set up due to code not provided at prompt] Thanks a lot for your help. Hi laura09, Thank you for showing your interest in HP Support Forums.
