For help with Workspace email set up, please see: Set up my email on Apple Mail You can access your Office 365 from GoDaddy email account from anywhere that's convenient for you. Here's how to set up your email using the Apple Mail app, on your Mac desktop. For Windows users, you can use the Outlook Setup Tool to automatically set up your Workspace email in Outlook. On your phone, you also have the option of setting up your Workspace email using the native mail app, instead of the Outlook app.

Warning: These instructions are specific to setting up Office 365 email. If you need to manually set up Outlook with Workspace email, please see: Note: These instructions are only applicable to Outlook on a PC. • Click Start, and then click Control Panel. • Search for Mail in the top right corner, and click Mail (32-bit).

• Click Show Profiles. Excel for mac 2017 superscript. • In Profile Name, enter whatever you want the new profile's name to be, and then click OK. • Select Manual setup or additional server types, and then click Next. • Select Microsoft Exchange Server or compatible service, and then click Next. • Complete the following fields: Field Enter Server Type outlook.office365.com User Name Enter your full Office 365 email address. Use Cached Exchange Mode This is optional, if you want to keep mail accessible while Outlook is offline. • Click More Settings.

• Go to the Security tab, and then complete the following fields: Field What to do. Encrypt data between Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange Deselect this option Always prompt for logon credentials Deselect this option Logon network security Select Anonymous Authentication. Warning: If you don't see Anonymous Authentication as an option, you may be using Outlook 2010, without the updated patch., and then try setting up your account, again. • Go to the Connection tab.

• Select Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP, and then click Exchange Proxy Settings. • Complete the following fields: Field What to do. Use this URL to connect to my proxy server for Exchange: Type outlook.office365.com in the field. Connect using SSL only Select this option.

Only connect to proxy servers that have this principal name in their certificate Select this option, and then type msstd:outlook.com On fast networks, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP Select this option. On slow networks, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP Select this option. Use this authentication when connecting to my proxy server for Exchange Select Basic Authentication. • In the Microsoft Exchange window underneath, click OK, again. • In the Add Account window underneath that, click Next. • If you see a Windows Security window, enter your full Office 365 email address and password. Select Remember my credentials, and then click OK.

• Click Finish. • On the Mail window underneath, select one of the following options: Option Details Prompt for a profile to be used Select this option if you want Outlook to ask you which profile to use, every time it starts. Always use this profile Select this option if you just want Outlook to always open with the selected profile. Be sure to select the profile you just created.
