Vmware Player Mac Osx Guest Os
Already asked at (Credits to the OP). I post the answer here again - slightly modified: There is no version of VMware Player for OS X. Instead, VMware sells a Mac version of their product called. You may use it as trial version 30 days for free If you don't want to purchase VMware Fusion, you can: • Use Boot Camp to some other OS. The OS itself should run fine. • Use Boot Camp and run vmplayer from the other OS. Downloading internet explorer 7 for mac. (Untested since I do not have a OS/X host) • Use.
I’m on an intel i7 6500u that has VT-x but it says I don’t have long mode support and then I click through that and then it says “Mac OS X is not supported with binary translation. To run Mac OS X you need a host on which VMware Player supports Intel VT-x or AMD-V.” and after that it closes. I have installed OSX High Sierra as guest OS on VMware Player 14 (Host OS - Win 10). I have successfully installed OSX and installed VMware Tools on it as well. The only problem I'm facing is - I am not able to get the VMware Player (or OSX to go full screen i.e., I want it to stretch out to the whole screen with 1920x1080 resolution).
VirtualBox can use virtual hard disks in VMware's VMDK format ().
