Apple 2 Mac Emulator
I don't have a Mac and can't speak first hand for this emulator but it seems to be the emulator of choice for the Apple II community on Twitter who run Macs. One thing that it does that I would love to see in either WinApple or LinApple is the ability to capture print outs via the Epson FX-80 and Imagewriter II emulation!
Came across this amazing Apple II emulator, been using it on a Macbook Air but it seems to run on the iPad. It's written in javascript and html 5 and runs on just about any recent browser.
JEdit is our final alternative to Notepad++ for Mac. It calls itself a ‘mature programmer’s text editor’ whatever that means. Despite that, the Java app works across OS, supports macros, languages, plugins, folding, code, word wrap, clipboard history, markers and lots more besides. Once you become familiar with this program, you may not want to pick up or use any other text editor ever again. With a new selection of numerous – and some free! – text editor programs, I’m willing to bet that you’ll be able to easily find a new text editor for you Mac device. Notepad for mac to open programs.
Nothing to download, nothing to install, it just works. Reformat usb for both win and mac. You can load disks, then press power to reset the Apple. GIves an idea of what is possible with html5. Applesoft Basic: LOGO: Lode Runner: Anyone know the keys? Remember Zork: The onscreen keyboard is touch, some lag on the iPad, works better on the Note 10.1. Using a real keyboard with a laptop is best.
Lots of neat programs available, can even save your work to the disk and use again.
